THE RIGHT THERMOPLASTIC
KB Delta starts with virgin plastic pellets from highly reputable sources which include Stanyl, Victrex, Solvay and DuPont. We use only the material that meets OEM standards for all molded plates, rings and other thermoplastic components. KB Delta uses only the best materials and procedures to make certain your thermoplastic compressor parts performance exceed your expectations.
INNOVATIVE PROCESS
KB Delta uses only these high quality materials in our state-of-the-art, in house injection molding machines. The material is molded to each sources specification to ensure high performance of our plates and rings. Once the blanks are molded and flatness is certified we then mill or lathe the plate or ring to its specifications. In addition to the milling process, KB Delta offers an exclusive lapping method to further ensure the flatness of your product. All products at this point are individually inspected with extensive quality control process before shipping. KB Delta takes pride in providing customers with exceptional products.

KB Delta only uses high quality materials in all of our components. Any ported plate, ring or other component can be customized in thickness, OD, ID, port sizes, etc. in order to meet your needs.
