Our Process
The Right Stainless Steel
KB Delta selects only the highest grade 410 Stainless Steel for its metallic plates (valve, damping, cushion and rings) and 420 Stainless Steel for spring and wafer plates - same as the OEMs. Grade 410 and 420 are selected due to their corrosion resistance, strength and hardness properties. KB Delta only uses these metals in their stress-relieved and hardened condition. Other steels are available for custom orders and special parts on request.
State-of-the-art Process
KB Delta uses the latest laser profiling equipment to manufacture stress-free steel compressor valve plates and rings. Our state-of-the-art laser metal cutting system guarantees precisely cut metallic components. We also implement a proprietary metal plate finishing and flattening process to ensure the highest quality steel parts in the industry. These practices guarantee all KB Delta’s metallic compressor valve parts meet and exceed OEM standards.
